There are some great tenants out there. But there are also some nightmare tenants that become a terror.
This space is going to showcase all the bad tenants I have ran into. Everything posted here will be backed up with evidence and facts.
The purpose of this blog is so that all bad tenants are exposed, any future landlords, employers, significant others and anyone doing research on them, can easily find them and see what they did.
